Free Technical Support	Level 1: Unlimited technical advice - Access during business hours to a technical expert. If immediate response isn't available or doesn't solve the problem, the call is escalated to Level 2. Level 2: Peer to Peer. We'll put you in touch as many other members as it takes to solve your query. If within a timeframe the call is not resolved it is escalated to level 3. Level 3: Incidents - a limited number free with membership! We'll research your query thoroughly and produce a report indicating possible solutions and alternative actions.
Free Technical Presentations	Top industry experts are regularly invited to share their knowledge with members at free evening meetings. These technical briefings operate across the UK - check out the events in your area. In 2007 we also introduced exclusive Member Only on line techncial briefings, these run on a monthly basis.
Free Technical Magazine	VBUG offers a wide range of technical magazine subscriptions, covering many different development areas from SQL to ADO.NET, ASP.NET to Smart Access. Every VBUG member receives a complimentary subscription of their choosing, which can even be changed during the year. Additional titles are also available

We have a high degree of product knowledge and welcome any enquiry that you might have. For impartial advice on finding the best product and the cheapest way of buying, just ask!
Developer Conferences	The VBUG annual Developer Conference is the highpoint in our year, resulting from running in excess of 50 technical seminrs throughout the UK. VBUG has actually been running conferences in the UK since 1997. Our annual conference is respected by our members and our competition alike as being fully independent, commercially aware and technically relevant.
Networking	Networking VBUG brings developers together: Through our discussion forums, email lists, regular meetings and telephone introductions - our aim is to bring you the solutions you need by helping you network with other members.
