I´m delighted to have been nominated the role of VBUG Chairman and look forward to working with Rob and the rest of the VBUG managment to help improve and better the serve the group.

Dear All

Thank you to everyone who voted for me to become vice chair, I am looking forward to the opportunity to work with Tim over the next year to help develop the user group.

Shortly we will be undertaking a survey of the tools that members are currently using, and we would appreciate your feedback so that future presentations can address the real world challenges that we all face. The tools available for VBUG members have changed significantly from when the User Group first started in 1994 when we just had VB3 and Jet 1.1. I'm sure you will all be interested to see what the current platform of choice is so the results will be published in a future DoEvents newsletter.
